Note:
A delightful round about making music together, written in a time of separation. Equally at home as a warm up or on the concert stage, Hagen and Takach have written an optional descent and optional homophonic codas for mixed or equal voice choirs, providing ultimate flexibility for your singers.

Composer’s Notes:

We wrote this during the 2020 quarantine, for a class of seniors who couldn’t finish their high school days together. Splitting from one unison statement to 2 then 3 parts and finally finishing in homophony shows the strength of independence and the joy of finally coming together.
