The Choirs of Kansas City Kansas Community College will be joined by choirs from Shawnee Mission North High School (directed by Juli O'Mealey) and Lawrence Free State High School (directed by Hilary Morton) perform music by nationally-known, Minneapolis-based composer, Tim Takach. The two high school choirs will perform separately while the KCKCC Choirs will perform Takach's "The Longest Nights" (a seven-movement choral work with piano to be conduct by KCKCC choral director, John Stafford) and newly commissioned composition called "Moments in Film" (to be conducted by the composer). Should be a wonderful way to end the concert season and we hope you can join us! The concert is free and open to the public (donations will be taken).
