The Santa Fe Desert Chorale presents “The long-enduring pensive moons”; A Bicentenary Celebration of Walt Whitman and Other Esteemed American Poets. The title of this concert comes from one of Whitman’s lines in Takach’s “Something There is Immortal,” which is featured on this concert. The concert will also include the premiere performance of Paul John Rudoi’s commissioned work, “Canto.”
